Jim France

James France

James France serves as Chairman of the Board of International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”), a position he assumed in June 2007.

France grew up in the early years of stock car racing, living and learning every detail of the sport from his own experiences, and from his father Bill France, Sr., the founder and first president of NASCAR.

Joining ISC in 1959, France, in his early years with the Company, worked in all phases of operations including parker, ticket stubber, ticket seller and manager of ticket gate operations.

Until 2003, France served as President of ISC. He was elected to the ISC Board of Directors in 1970 and has served as the Company's Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Vice President, and Executive Vice President before being named the ISC's President and Chief Operating Officer in 1987. He was also named to the NASCAR Board of Directors in November 2000.

France has been involved in motorsports most of his life. He has been a strong supporter of motorcycle racing in the United States, evident by his professional involvement in the sport.

He served as starter for the U.S. Motorcycle Grand Prix in the late 1960s, raced dirt track races for nearly five years and has been a member of the American Motorcyclist Association for more than 30 years. In addition, France has raced karts on both dirt and asphalt. France has served as a board member for ACCUS (Automobile Competition Committee of the United States).

In recent years, France has been active in Legends Car racing. He was BF Goodrich Legends Cars national tour champion in 1992 and has had a good deal of success in the Gatorade Florida Legends Series. Most recently, he competed in the Allison "Legacy" Car Series. France was on active duty in the U.S. Army (1969-1970) where he served a stint in Vietnam.

France was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Fla., and graduated from Seabreeze High School. He attended Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Fla., and earned a business degree in 1968.

He also serves on the Board of Directors for SunTrust Bank, East Central Florida.

Gary Crotty

Gary Crotty

W. Garrett Crotty serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Administration Officer and Chief Legal Counsel of International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”).  He joined the Company in 1996.

In his position, Crotty is responsible for overseeing all legal matters of ISC including contract drafting and review, litigation, licensing and other compliance work, along with all human resource matters.

Crotty also serves on ISC's Strategic Planning Committee, where he was actively involved in the acquisition of Phoenix International Raceway; Penske Motorsports, Inc.; Homestead-Miami Motorsports Complex; Richmond International Raceway; the development of Kansas Speedway; and, the formation of Motorsports Authentics.

Crotty graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University in 1985. He also attended the University of Florida where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1988, graduating as a member of Honor Court. Crotty obtained a Masters in Taxation Law at New York University in 1991.

In addition to serving as an executive officer of ISC, he also serves as an executive officer for several other companies including Event Equipment Leasing, Inc.; Event Corporation; Kansas Speedway Corporation; North American Testing Company; Phoenix Speedway Corp.; Darlington Raceway of South Carolina, LLC; and Watkins Glen International, Inc.

Laura Jackson

Laura Jackson

Laura Jackson serves as International Speedway Corporation's ("ISC") Sr. Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Human Resources Officer.  In this position, Jackson is responsible for the leadership of ISC’s talent development programs and processes, employee performance management and career development programs, and the management of ISC’s incentive compensation programs. In addition, Jackson is responsible for managing Daytona Beach-based shared services, including corporate communications, management and maintenance of the ISC corporate headquarters building, corporate mail services and company administrative services. 

Jackson joined ISC in 2009 as the Managing Director, Human Resources. Prior to that, she was with Textron, Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and lead HR talent development programs and processes, employee performance management, and career development programs. Before joining Textron, Jackson worked for GE as Program Manager of Organization & Development for GE Energy and held prior HR generalist roles of increasing responsibility.

Jackson, a graduate of Shorter College, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Derek Muldowney

Derek Muldowney

Derek Muldowney, MRICS, is Vice President of ISC and President, ISC Design and Development, the Company’s design, construction and development subsidiary based in Daytona Beach, Fla. He will lead significant development projects including ONE DAYTONA, a mixed-use entertainment destination across from Daytona International Speedway, and planned redevelopment projects at the Richmond and Phoenix facilities.

Muldowney joined ISC in 1999 and has managed the successful delivery of multiple world class motorsports developments valued at over $2.5 Billion. Most recent, the $400 million DAYTONA Rising project that transformed Daytona International Speedway into the world’s first motorsports stadium. Other notable developments include the design and construction of Kansas Speedway and Chicagoland Speedway, Daytona competitor and fan zone redevelopment, as well as numerous track resurfacing, grandstand, suite and facility infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining ISC, Muldowney worked in the oil and gas industry in Houston, TX overseeing a diversified portfolio of energy-related development projects in North and South Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Muldowney began his career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in the UK and Ireland.

Lesa France Kennedy is Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors for International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”) and Vice Chairperson and board member of NASCAR. 

In 2013, ISC launched its largest development project to date – DAYTONA Rising, a $400 million re-creation of the company’s flagship motorsports facility, the Daytona International Speedway. In January 2016, Daytona International Speedway became the world’s first modern motorsports stadium, revolutionizing the sport and fan experience. In May 2016, the stadium was named Sports Facility of the Year at SportsBusiness Journal’s 2016 Sports Business Awards.

ISC is currently developing ONE DAYTONA, an ambitious mixed-use and entertainment destination set to open in 2017 across from the Speedway with tenants including Bass Pro Shops®, Cobb Theatres, P.F. Chang’s and an exclusive Marriott Autograph Collection® hotel.  

Forbes selected her for a second time in 2015 as the “Most Powerful Woman in Sports”. In 2016, Kennedy was inducted as a member of the Cynopsis Sports Hall of Fame and was named one of ADWEEK’s ‘Top 30 Most Powerful Women in Sports’. In her more than 30 years with ISC, she has advanced through several key executive positions with increasing responsibility including Secretary, Treasurer and Executive Vice President.

In 1996, her leadership launched Daytona USA (later named Daytona 500 Experience) at the Daytona International Speedway, opening the destination’s first year-round motorsports attraction and museum. In 2002, she led two development projects, creating Kansas Speedway and Chicagoland Speedway and expanding ISC’s portfolio into two major Midwest markets.

Kennedy received the “Women Making History” award from the National Women’s History Museum in 2014 and was selected by Street and Smith’s SportsBusiness Journal as the “Most Influential Woman in Sports Business” in 2005.

Her son, Ben Kennedy, is carrying on the France family legacy as a driver in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Lesa France Kennedy serves on the Board of Directors of the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA), the NASCAR Foundation and the Board of Advisors of Moffitt Cancer Center. She is an avid supporter of the American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, Victory Junction Gang, and Daytona Beach Museum of Arts and Sciences. A Daytona Beach, Fla. native, Kennedy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and psychology from Duke University.

Craig Neeb

Craig Neeb

Craig Neeb is Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation and Development Officer for International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”), owner and operator of 13 of the nation’s major motorsports entertainment facilities.

Since 2013, Neeb has assisted Daytona International Speedway with strategic direction and oversight for ISC’s largest development project to date – DAYTONA Rising, a $400 million reimagining of Daytona International Speedway, the “World Center of Racing”. In addition, Neeb oversees ONE DAYTONA, ISC’s premier retail, dining and entertainment project. 

Neeb oversees ISC’s corporate business development including all company-owned and operated real estate and facility content. His strong focus on creating strategic opportunities and creative partnerships drives new revenue streams – real estate’s highest and best uses yield incremental value and ancillary live entertainment positions ISC for growth within its core motorsports business and beyond.

In addition, Neeb is responsible for ISC’s overall digital strategy including identifying unique and innovation solutions to deepen customer engagement and executive oversight of the Motor Racing Network (MRN), the nation’s largest independent sports radio network. Neeb also spearheads strategic media integration opportunities with broadcast and key media partners. 

From 2000 to 2013, Neeb served as ISC’s Vice President of Multi-Channel Marketing and Chief Information Officer, successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives including consumer centric technology solutions, a centralized contact center, and venue content options.

Prior to joining ISC, Neeb was Vice President of Information Technology at AmeriServe Foodservice Distribution, a $9 billion food service distribution business based in Coral Gables, Fla. At AmeriServe, Neeb was responsible for the company’s information systems.  Before joining AmeriServe, Neeb spent nine years with Burger King Corporation in several IT disciplines. 

Neeb serves on the Board of Directors for SEAT (Sports Entertainment and Technology).

Jeff Boerger

Jeff Boerger

Jeff Boerger is Vice President, ISC Corporate Development and President of Kansas Speedway Development Corporation (KSDC). In this role, Boerger oversees all company-owned and operated real estate seeking its highest and best use, including ISC’s interest in the partnership that operates the Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway. ISC owns and / or operates 13 of the nation's major motorsports entertainment facilities.

KSDC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ISC and 50 percent partner with Penn Hollywood Kansas, Inc., a subsidiary of Penn National Gaming, Inc., in the Kansas Entertainment, LLC, joint venture. He develops strategic initiatives that drive measurable growth for Hollywood Casino and partners with Kansas Speedway to deliver joint business development opportunities.  Boerger is the key resource in managing all aspects of State and Local public affairs efforts that may impact Hollywood Casino and Kansas Speedway.

Boerger manages ONE DAYTONA,  ISC’s premier retail, dining and entertainment project slated to open across from the Daytona International Speedway in 2017. ONE DAYTONA’s confirmed anchor tenants include Bass Pro Shops®, Cobb Theatres and an exclusive Marriott Autograph Collection® hotel, creating a destination designed for year-round visitation.  

Boerger joined Kansas Speedway in 1998 and was named the facility’s president in 2001. Previously, he worked for the Kansas City Area Development Council where he served as vice president of business development.  While there from 1994 to 1998, Boerger worked to recruit major companies to the area including Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s assembly plant near Kansas City International Airport.

Boerger has also served as director of business development for the Greater Knoxville (Tennessee) Chamber of Commerce from 1991 to 1994 and was director of sales for Studio M, Inc., a Knoxville-based firm, from 1989 to 1991.

Born in Topeka, Kan., Boerger graduated from Parkway West High School in St. Louis, Mo. He earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Kansas in 1988.

Boerger and his wife, Beth, live in Leawood, Kan., and are the proud parents of twins, Kate and Jake.

Eric Nyquist

Eric Nyquist

Eric Nyquist is the Chief Communications Officer for ISC.  In this role, Nyquist works closely with ISC President John Saunders and Chief Operating Officer Joie Chitwood.  As the CCO, Nyquist leads the coordination of all strategic alignment and communications across ISC’s growth initiatives and operations, ISC’s tracks and stakeholders.

Prior to joining the motorsports industry, Nyquist served as Executive Vice President of Chicago White Sox Enterprises from 1999-2004. In this role, Nyquist managed strategic development initiatives and key league relationships across the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls and United Center organizations, reporting directly into owner Jerry Reinsdorf.

Nyquist started his career in 1998 at the National Football League in New York, working in Roger Goodell’s League Development department. Nyquist assisted in the management of critical league revenue-sharing financial models and played a role in stadium development efforts across the league, including the formation of Resolution G-3, an innovative stadium financing program that used league funds to incent new stadium construction.

Nyquist has a B.A. in International Economics from Carleton College (magna cum laude), an MBA in Analytical Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (with high honors), and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Nyquist has been a guest lecturer at 30+ prominent graduate institutions, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, MIT, University of Virginia, Northwestern, University of Notre Dame and the University of Chicago, and is a member of the Illinois Bar.

Nyquist was born and raised in Albert Lea, Minn. and currently resides with his family in Lake Mary, Fla.
John Saunders

John Saunders

John Saunders serves as President of International Speedway Corporation (ISC).  In his role, Saunders focuses on the Company’s strategic direction of long term goals including leadership in all marketing, sales, administration and operations of ISC’s 13 motorsports facilities in key markets across the U.S., as well as ancillary companies under the ISC banner; Americrown Service Corporation and Motor Racing Network (MRN).  

Previously, Saunders served as Executive Vice President and the Company’s COO (2003-2009).  In that role, he was responsible for strategic planning, as well as overseeing several of the Company’s motorsports facilities and corporate administration.  He also oversaw the integration of several of the Company’s acquisitions including the Penske Motorsports facilities in 1999.

Saunders served as ISC Vice President of Administrative Services (1998-1999) responsible for strategic planning, as well as the development and implementation of administrative services, including human resources and corporate communications at all ISC facilities.

Saunders served as President of ISC’s Watkins Glen International (WGI) in Watkins Glen, N.Y. from 1983-1997. He led the revival of the iconic facility from bankruptcy, developing it into a premier world class venue and he was instrumental in landing a Winston Cup date for the road course in 1986.

Saunders joined Corning Incorporated in 1980 as Manager of Merchandising and Food Services. In 1983 he was named President of the motorsports facility in Watkins Glen, which had been purchased by Corning Incorporated and ISC.  ISC purchased Corning remaining interest in WGI in 1997.

Saunders continues to serve as Chairman and Director at WGI and holds several other executive positions within the Company. 

In 1998, Saunders co-founded the International Motor Racing Research Library and was named vice chairman in 2002.  He has held similar roles for numerous organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce (1996), and the Schuyler County Partnership for Economic Development (1997). He has served on numerous Boards of Directors, including Grand American Road Racing and The United States Auto Club. 

Greg Motto

Greg Motto

Greg Motto serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for International Speedway Corporation (ISC). Motto leads ISC’s capital allocation planning, investor relations and treasury functions, ensuring long-term financial stability and strength for the Company, providing capital availability for prudent reinvestment in ISC’s 13 racetracks and new developments, and returning capital to shareholders.  Motto also oversees the Company’s compliance over financial reporting, internal controls, tax, accounting and integrated financial planning.

Motto joined ISC in 2000, and has served in positions as Financial Analyst, Assistant Controller, Director of Strategic Planning and most recently as Controller from 2008 through 2016. Prior to joining ISC, Motto was with GE Capital, where he completed with honors, the GE Financial Management Program, while serving as Financial Analyst responsible for financial planning and analysis and strategic planning.

Motto earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.  He is a Certified Management Accountant and member of the Institute of Management Accountants and Financial Executives Institute.

Motto is a member of the Daytona Beach Leadership Council and serves on the Audit/Finance and Investment committees at Halifax Health. close
Frank Kelleher

Frank Kelleher

Frank Kelleher serves as Vice President, Sales & Marketing at International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”). He has been employed by ISC since 2003.

Kelleher is the leader of a twenty-five member team. His responsibilities include partner marketing & activation, partnership sales, media sales, and partnership insights/innovations for ISC’s thirteen race tracks and business unites, which includes Daytona International Speedway, Americrown Service Corporation and the Motor Racing Network.

In regards to Partnership Marketing, Kelleher instated an annual activation planning process, resulting in a customized strategic plan for each client. Successful execution of this process resulted in increased partner satisfaction, and more stable, positive relationships. Partnership roster has heavy Fortune 500 representation including; Coca-Cola, DC Solar, Florida Hospital, Ford, General Motors, Sunoco, Toyota, etc.

Pertaining to Partnership Sales, Kelleher served a leading role in the development & implementation of the five founding partners surrounding the $400MM redevelopment of Daytona International Speedway. In addition, Kelleher is tasked with creating new and relevant inventory for the fast evolving marketplace  

Kelleher graduated from Marywood University in 2003, earning a BA in Business Administration. He lives in Ormond Beach, FL with his wife Lauren and their son, Francis Paul

Kelleher III, and daughter Carmen Teresa Kelleher. Kelleher is two time National Champion with the World Karting Association.
Ben Odom

Ben Odom

Ben Odom serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for International Speedway Corporation.  In this role Odom reports to the Chief Legal Officer and manages the Company’s legal department on all legal matters including contract drafting and review, litigation, and regulatory compliance.

Odom graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University in 2001 and.  He earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from Florida State College of Law in 2004.  Odom joined the Company in 2006. 
Joie Chitwood

Joie Chitwood III

Joie Chitwood III is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”). In this role, Chitwood is responsible for the leadership, management and oversight of the operations of the ISC facilities, design and development and food & beverage business, along with strengthening key industry initiatives and working in tandem with executive leaders and track presidents to execute business plans.  

Chitwood joined ISC in 2009 as Vice President of Business Operations before assuming the role of President of ISC’s flagship motorsports facility, Daytona International Speedway (“DIS”), from 2010 to 2016. As President, Chitwood oversaw ISC’s largest development project to date – the $400 million DAYTONA Rising project that transformed the Speedway into the world’s first motorsports stadium. In addition, Chitwood spearheaded the track’s repave project in 2010, only the second in its 58-year history, as well as continuing to serve as a Vice President for ISC.

Chitwood has received several industry honors and professional accolades throughout his career, including:

  • University of South Florida Distinguished Alumnus Award recipient in 2014
  • SportsBusiness Journal Forty under 40 in 2009
  • Indianapolis Business Journal Forty under 40 in 2007
  • University of South Florida College of Business Celebration of Free Enterprise Honoree in 2005

Prior to joining ISC in August 2009, Chitwood served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) overseeing daily operations for IMS, including Brickyard Crossing Inn and Brickyard Crossing Golf Course. He joined the staff of the IMS as Senior Vice President, Business Affairs in 2002.

From 1999 to 2002, Chitwood was Vice President and General Manager of Raceway Associates, LLC, which oversaw construction of the 1.5-mile Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Ill. In 2001, the track began hosting Indy Racing League- and NASCAR-sanctioned events.  During his tenure, Chitwood served on the board of directors of several Joliet-area economic development organizations.

Beginning at age five, Chitwood was an integral part of his family’s entertainment business, the well-known Chitwood Thrill Show. His career included time as a stuntman and later, a specialist in precision driving.

In 1992, Chitwood earned a business administration and finance degree from the University of Florida. He also studied at Cambridge University in England and earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida.

Chitwood serves on a number of local and regional boards including the board of trustees for the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America and the Central Florida Sports Commission.

Daryl Wolfe

Daryl Wolfe

Daryl Q. Wolfe serves as International Speedway Corporation's (“ISC”) Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.  He has been employed by ISC since 1995.

Wolfe oversees the Company's corporate and consumer sales and marketing initiatives, and manages ISC's licensing properties.  In addition, he has overall responsibility for integrated media sales and ISC’s custom publishing department.  Wolfe oversees a staff that identifies, negotiates, secures and oversees the day-to-day management of marketing partnerships with many of the most powerful and visible companies in America.  The Marketing Partnership group is charged with maximizing revenue by utilizing ISC’s collective portfolio of marketing assets.

Wolfe’s team manages relationships by identifying specific goal-oriented marketing programs and cross-corporate opportunities for existing partners. Those partnerships include numerous multi-business unit agreements and single and multi-track agreements in more than 100 different sponsorship categories.  He also works closely with ISC’s network partners (ABC, FOX, ESPN, Speed Channel, Etc.) focusing on pre-promotion and media sales surrounding ISC’s events.

Wolfe most currently served as ISC’s Vice President, Sales and Media and prior to that, ISC’s Managing Director – Marketing Partnerships.  Prior to ISC marketing, Wolfe held a variety of positions at ISC, including Promotions Representative and Director of Publicity at Daytona International Speedway, an ISC facility.

Wolfe graduated from Florida State University in 1992, earning a BA in Finance.

Paula Miller

Paula Miller

Paula Miller is a Senior Vice President at International Speedway Corporation.

In her role with ISC, Paula is responsible for human resources strategy and talent development.

She began her HR career with General Electric at their Aircraft Engines business as part of the Human Resource Leadership Program. During her 13-year career at GE, she held a number of HR roles with increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Human Resources for a division of GE Capital's Private Label Consumer Credit business and was a member of the 1991 national labor negotiations team.

Miller earned a B.S. in organizational communication with cum laude honors at Ohio University and a Masters degree in business at Purdue University. close

Dave Allen

Dave Allen
President, Auto Club Speedway

Dave Allen serves as President of Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California. In this role, Mr. Allen is responsible for the management and operations of the ISC facility including Auto Club Dragway.

Mr. Allen has been with the Speedway since 1999 after spending one year at Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca.  From 2002-2006, Mr. Allen served as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing.  In 2006, Mr. Allen was named Vice President of Sales and Marketing with oversight of all sponsorship, hospitality, suite and consumer sales.

In 2008, Mr. Allen was instrumental in securing the naming rights partnership with Auto Club of Southern California. This partnership emphasizes the importance of establishing relationships including the facility’s long-term tenants – CalSpeed Karting and Exotics Racing. Mr. Allen’s leadership skills have enabled the track to grow with the addition of new events including Hard Summer Music Festival and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk. 

Mr. Allen serves on the board for the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, Los Angeles Sports Council and YMCA of Upland.  Mr. Allen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Speech Communication.

Clay Campbell

Clay Campbell
President, Martinsville Speedway

Clay Campbell was born into the racing world and never left.

He is the president of Martinsville Speedway, the historic Virginia race track founded by his grandfather H. Clay Earles 61 years ago.

Campbell certainly knows everything essential to operating the speedway. He started working there as a young boy by picking up trash, cutting grass with a swing blade and anything else that needed to be done. But he also knows the promoting side of operating the track after following his grandfather from race track to racetrack, passing out driver's trophies in victory lane and driving Miss Virginias around the track in pre race ceremonies at an age so young he couldn't see over the steering wheel.

He has known the sport’s early drivers like David Pearson, Fred Lorenzen and Wendell Scott as well as the current crop of Sprint Cup drivers. He has been part of racing from the 1960s until today. That one factor helps keep things in perspective for Campbell.

Campbell, who was born Feb. 7, 1960, began working for his grandfather full-time after graduating from Drewry Mason High School in 1978. His start came in the maintenance department.

Campbell later worked with concessions and souvenirs and then become vice president and assistant general manager before being named president in 1988.

Racing is not just a business for Campbell, it's is also his pastime. He raced go-karts for about six years and later moved up to race cars.

Besides racing, Campbell has a few other hobbies including golf and he is an instrument and multi-engine rated pilot.

Campbell also has plenty of things to keep him busy outside of work. He is currently a member of the Virginia Economic Development Partnership board of directors, a member of the Blue Ridge Airport Authority Board of Directors, a member of The New College Institute Foundation and a member of the National Stock Car Racing Commission.  He also is a past-president of the Chamber of Commerce of Martinsville-Henry County, past president of the Martinsville YMCA board of directors and served on the Patrick Henry Community College Foundation board of directors.

Michael Printup

Michael Printup
Watkins Glen International

Michael Printup, a western New York native having been born and raised in Hamburg, NY, was named president of Watkins Glen International (WGI) in June 2009.  As president, he is responsible for overseeing all of the aspects that go into keeping the world-renowned road course the premier road racing facility in North America. 


Before coming to Watkins Glen International, Printup was the senior director of facility management at Michigan International Speedway (MIS). As senior director he headed up all business and facility development at MIS working on over $30 million in construction projects as well as heading up new business initiatives. Today, Printup remains involved with oversight of Michigan International Speedway.


Prior to his time at MIS he represented International Speedway Corporation (ISC) as vice president of 380 Development LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ISC, from 2005-2007.  Printup was the project manager for the development and implementation of a racetrack in Staten Island, N.Y. ISC made the decision in mid-2007 to abandon the Staten Island project.


Printup first joined ISC in 2000, as vice president of Americrown Corporation – a position he held until 2005.  He worked out of the Americrown offices at Michigan International Speedway, overseeing all food and beverage services for all ISC-owned speedways and the show car programs.


In March 2015, Printup assumed managerial oversight of Americrown, focusing on increasing profitability, a successful execution of food and beverage at the new Daytona Rising project at Daytona International Speedway, and enhancing overall value and operations. 


Printup also served more than 15 years with Sportservice Corporation in various capacities across the country, including general and regional positions. He worked in over 10 sports stadiums throughout the United States that hosted top-level competition including Major League Baseball, the National Football League, and the National Hockey League  


Printup graduated from Hamburg High School before attending Fredonia State University in Fredonia, NY.  He currently resides in Horseheads, NY with his wife Stephanie, a native Pennsylvanian, and their two sons, Brendan and Matthew.

Matt Becherer

Homestead-Miami Speedway

Matthew Becherer was named President of Homestead-Miami Speedway in December 2009.  As president he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, marketing and sales for THE Championship Track. 

Before coming to Homestead-Miami Speedway, Becherer was Vice President of Marketing for Richmond International Raceway, overseeing all aspects of the Marketing, Advertising and Promotions, Public Relations and Ticketing departments.

Becherer also served as the Director of Marketing at America’s Premier Short Track.  Prior to joining the team at Richmond, Becherer served as the Director of Marketing for Darlington (South Carolina) Raceway, as well as the Marketing Manager at North Carolina Speedway.

A Birmingham, Michigan native, Becherer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University in 1994 and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing degree from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 1999. 

Julie Giese

Julie Giese
President, ISM Raceway

Julie Giese serves as President of International Speedway Corporation’s (ISC) ISM Raceway. Giese oversees promotion and operation of the new facility that is a top motorsports and entertainment destination in the Phoenix, AZ, market.


Giese previously served as the Managing Director of Business Operations for ISC Design & Development, leading the coordination between ISC’s 13 race tracks, internal corporate departments and the Design & Development team on the Company’s significant capital investment and redevelopment projects.  Since January 2017, Giese worked tirelessly on the design and project management of the $178 million ISM Raceway Project Powered by DC Solar.


Joining ISC in 2001, Giese has taken on roles with increasing responsibility, from Director of Public Relations at Watkins Glen International to Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Daytona International Speedway where she spent 12 years overseeing all aspects of consumer marketing, branding, creative, advertising, digital, public relations and event entertainment for the “World Center of Racing”. Giese played a leading role in the DAYTONA Rising project, managing the marketing and branding of the redevelopment as well as the opening of the all-new Speedway.


Prior to joining Watkins Glen International, Giese served as a Public Relations Account Executive at Miller Meester Advertising in Minneapolis, MN, where she developed and implemented the public relations accounts for Cargill, Inc. and BASF Corporation, along with managing content for several racing-orientated web sites. 


Giese is a board member for Stewart Marchman Act Foundation, focused on building resources in support of behavioral healthcare for individuals and families in east Central Florida. She is also an advisory member for Project WARM (Women Assisting Recovery Mothers), serving east Central Florida communities. 


Giese, a native Wisconsinite, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Marketing Communications.

Kerry Tharp

Kerry Tharp
Darlington Raceway

Kerry Tharp was named the 10th President of Darlington Raceway on June 29, 2016. Tharp oversees all the day-to-day operations for the track Too Tough To Tame.

Prior to Darlington Raceway, Tharp spent 12 years with NASCAR serving as the sport’s Senior Director of Racing Communications.

In that role, he helped lead the communications and media relations efforts as they pertain to NASCAR Racing Communications. That included at-track communications and strategy for all three national series, rules and regulations communications, media outreach, and communications initiatives surrounding the Research and Development Center in Concord, N.C. Tharp also served in a spokesperson’s role for competition-related matters.

Tharp worked 26 years in intercollegiate athletics prior to joining NASCAR. In an administrative public relations role he served two years at the University of Tennessee; four years at the University of Oklahoma; and 20 years at the University of South Carolina, where he worked as Associate Athletics Director for Media Relations.

A native of Louisville, Ky., Tharp holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Western Kentucky University and a Master’s Degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee.

Dennis Bickmeier

Dennis Bickmeier
President, Richmond Raceway

Dennis Bickmeier was named President of Richmond Raceway on July 6, 2011.  Prior to being named President, Bickmeier served as Vice President of Consumer Sales and Marketing for Michigan International Speedway. 

Joining Michigan in 2007, Bickmeier was responsible for the oversight of three primary departments -- communications, corporate partnership sales, and ticket sales and operations.  His career with ISC initially began in 1999 as the Public Relations Director at Auto Club Speedway, and he was promoted to Senior Director of Communications in 2004, a position he held until 2006.   During his time at the Southern California-based speedway, Bickmeier became an adjunct faculty member in the University of San Francisco’s Sports Management Program (2001-06), teaching the Strategic Communications and Sports Public Relations elective.       

Bickmeier served as the Manager of Community Relations for Disney-owned Anaheim Sports, Inc., (1997-99) the owners of the Major League Baseball team the Anaheim Angels, now the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and the National Hockey League’s Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.  He has also served as Information Director for the Big West Conference (1993-97), and started his professional sports administration career with the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams as the Assistant Director of Public Relations (1989-91) and Assistant Director of Sales and Promotions (1992-93). 

The native Ohioan received his bachelor's degree from the Ohio University Scripps School of Journalism and his master’s from the Ohio University Sports Administration Program.

Grant Lynch

Grant Lynch
President, Talladega Superspeedway

Grant Lynch serves as Chairman of Talladega Superspeedway.  Lynch will oversee strategic management and community leadership for one of ISC's premier facilities.

Prior to his current role, Lynch was Senior Vice President, Business Operations of International Speedway Corporation (ISC) and President of Talladega Superspeedway.  In addition to his responsibilities at Talladega, Lynch’s duties included overseeing operations at Kansas Speedway and Chicagoland Speedway.

Lynch joined the staff at Talladega Superspeedway in January of 1993 as General Manager and became Vice President of ISC in November of that year.  In 1997, ISC appointed Lynch to oversee the construction and management of Kansas Speedway.  In 2004, ISC appointed Lynch to head efforts to construct a track in the Pacific Northwest, near Seattle, WA.

He is a major contributor in the community, serving on numerous boards and helping with charitable activities.  Lynch is on the Board of Directors of Regions Bank of Talladega County and is chairman and a board member of the Talladega Economic Development Authority. He is also on the Alabama Wildlife Federation and Natural Resources Board and serves on the Boy Scout Council Board.

Lynch serves on the board for the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind and is a trustee for Race Fever night, an annual fundraiser for the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind Foundation, and has chaired the event in the past.

Prior to joining Talladega Superspeedway, Lynch spent 11 years with R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. where in his last post as Senior Manager of Operations and Public Relations, he managed the company’s involvement in NASCAR Winston Cup racing.  His career there spanned back to 1982, when he joined RJR Special Events as a Camel GT Series show car driver and was quickly promoted to Show Car Supervisor in 1983.  In 1984, Lynch was promoted again to Team Representative on the NHRA Winston Drag Series, and was named Assistant Team Manager in 1985.

Two years later, Lynch moved to the Vantage Cup Senior PGA Tour as Assistant Team Manager and was promoted to Team Manager just five months later.  Then in July 1990, he moved to the NASCAR Winston Cup Series as Senior Manager Of Operations And Public Relations.

Some of the projects that Lynch headed for RJR’s Sports Marketing Enterprises were the Vantage Championship, NASCAR Winston Cup banquets, NASCAR Winston Cup Preview, NASCAR Operation Desert Support, The Winston Legends races and The Winston all-star event.

Lynch graduated from Reynolds High School in Winston-Salem, N.C. He attended Lees-McRae Junior College in Banner Elk, N.C. and N.C. State University before joining RJR.

He and his wife, the former Marcia Pfaff of Winston-Salem, have two daughters, Ashley and Sara Katherine. They reside in Talladega.

Pat Warren

Kansas Speedway

Pat Warren, who joined Kansas Speedway in July, 2006, was named President of Kansas Speedway on March 29, 2010. In his new role, Warren will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of the facility’s operations including financial and capital planning, ticket sales, event execution, sponsorship sales, marketing and public relations.  He will also represent Kansas Speedway within the industry and community, continually elevating the facility’s profile both regionally and nationally.

Warren was previously Kansas Speedway’s Vice President and was responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, developing all corporate partnerships, overseeing the development and execution of media relations plans for Kansas Speedway and its events, and community relations. Warren joined Kansas Speedway from Embarq, a spin-off company of Kansas-based Sprint-Nextel, where he worked in consumer marketing. Prior to that, he was an associate athletics director at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kan.

An Overland Park, Kan. native, Warren holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas and a law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Rick Brenner

Rick Brenner
President, Michigan Int'l Speedway

Rick Brenner is President of Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan, which annually hosts, among other events, two weekends of premier NASCAR races, bringing more than $414 million in economic activity annually to the state. Brenner made the move to NASCAR from Minor League Baseball (MiLB) in September 2016.

As president of MIS, he oversees all facets of the two-mile oval and its 1,400 acres. MIS has expanded beyond NASCAR to become a year-round destination with the addition of sports car and go karting events, automotive research and development programs and non-motorsports events such as the Michigan High School Athletic Association’s Cross Country Championships, and Faster Horses, a three-day country music festival that is one of the fastest growing and most popular music festivals in the country.

The speedway is also home to the nation’s largest 9-11 blood drive, The Spirit of America, and serves as one of three host venues in the country for a Formula SAE competition, that brings in several thousand Society of Automotive Engineers members from 160 colleges worldwide for its annual competition.

Brenner most recently served as President of DSF Sports and Entertainment, the company that currently owns the New Hampshire Fisher Cats and previously owned the Bowling Green Hot Rods. Brenner managed all areas of the multi-unit business, as well as led the design and construction of the Bowling Green Ballpark in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Prior to DSF, Brenner spent six of his 12 seasons with the Trenton Thunder as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. Brenner led the Trenton Thunder to a pair of notable honors. In 2005, the team was awarded the John H. Johnson President’s Trophy, which recognizes one team in all of MiLB for their franchise stability, success, and community involvement. The Thunder also won the Larry MacPhail Award in 2003.

Brenner’s personal efforts were also recognized by the game. In 2009, he was named the Baseball Executive of the Year by Ballpark Digest. He was twice named Eastern League Executive of the Year, including 2008 with the Fisher Cats.

Under Brenner’s direction, the Fisher Cats developed a strong philanthropic reputation in the community. The Fisher Cats and the Fisher Cats Foundation provided nearly four-million dollars in monetary and in-kind donations for thousands of local non-profit groups, headlined by the annual Granite State Baseball Dinner, which has donated more than $1.4 million to charity since 2007.

Scott Paddock

Scott Paddock
President, Chicagoland Speedway

Scott Paddock was named President of Chicagaoland Speedway on January 4, 2011.  Paddock, a long-time veteran in the sports marketing industry, formerly served as Director of Sports Marketing for the Gatorade Company, a division of PepsiCo Inc.  

Joining Gatorade in 1998, Mr. Paddock was most recently responsible for the management of the brand’s sports marketing sponsorship portfolio, including all league, team and spokesperson relations and negotiations.  Prior to joining Gatorade, Paddock was with Sports Partners, a sports marketing and advertising agency that specialized in assisting corporate clients in activating their sponsorship rights and assets.

Paddock received his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1990. He has served on a number of boards and committees, including the United States Olympic Committee Athlete Advisory Council; member of Executive Committee and Board of Directors - USA Basketball; Chicago 2016 Olympic Committee; and member of the Board of Directors for Camouflage Kids. He was a professional basketball player and a starter on the 1995 United States National Team.  Paddock was also named a member of the Sports Business Journal's prestigious Forty Under Forty class for 2008.

Paddock and his wife reside in Orland Park, Illinois, and have two daughters.

Chip Wile

President, Daytona International Speedway

Chip Wile serves as President of International Speedway Corporation’s flagship motorsports facility – Daytona International Speedway (DIS). As President, Wile oversees all speedway activities including event entertainment, fan amenities and ticket sales. He assumed this role in April 2016.

Wile previously served as the President of Darlington Raceway from 2013-2016 where he spearheaded a five-year strategy to reinvent the track known as “The Track Too Tough to Tame” by celebrating its storied past and incredible future. Wile led his team to host an inaugural throwback thematic during NASCAR’s return to Darlington Raceway on Labor Day Weekend in 2015.

Prior to his appointment at Darlington Raceway, Wile joined the Motor Racing Network in Concord, NC in 2012 as director of business development. He developed and implemented new business opportunities for MRN and acted as the network’s primary liaison to ISC Sponsorship and Integrated Media Sales. Wile also worked with stakeholders in the motorsports community to build partnerships and identify common growth strategies, with direct responsibility for MRN’s overall marketing and promotional efforts.

Before his tenure at MRN, Wile accumulated more than 10 years of experience in the motorsports industry working in team public relations and partnership marketing for various NASCAR race teams, most notably Penske Racing, Bill Davis Racing and Turner Scott Motorsports. In his partnership marketing role, he worked with many sponsors critical to the success of the race team and NASCAR that included Caterpillar, Verizon, Exide Technologies and Dollar General.

Wile, a native of Atlanta, Ga., holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Georgia. He is married to his wife Catherine, and they have three children, twin boys Rigsby and Woodson and daughter Jane Alyce.

Mori Hosseini

Mori Hosseini

Mori Hosseini is the Chairman and CEO of ICI Homes, one of Florida’s largest residential homebuilder/developers. Born in Iran, Mr. Hosseini was primarily educated in London, England, where he received a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Chelsea College of Aeronautical Engineering. He then attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he received both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Studies and Master of Business Administration. 

Mr. Hosseini founded ICI Homes in 1980. Consistently ranked by Builder Magazine among the nation's Top 100 homebuilders, ICI Homes has built thousands of homes in most major Florida markets including the counties of Volusia (corporate office headquarters), Flagler, St. Johns, Duval, Nassau, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, and Brevard. In addition to land development and homebuilding operations, Hosseini is involved in many other enterprises throughout Florida including a lumber company, a title insurance company, and a utility company.

Hosseini serves on several corporate, civic and public boards and associations.  His affiliations include the following:

Lesa France Kennedy, named “The Most Powerful Woman in Sports” by Forbes, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors for International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”), a motorsports entertainment company.  She also serves as a Vice Chairperson of NASCAR. 

Kennedy's vision and business acumen have made her one of the most influential leaders in the motorsports industry.  Joining the Company in 1983, Kennedy has been instrumental in the growth of ISC and the advancement of motorsports.  

Throughout her career, Kennedy has received numerous industry honors, including:

  • "Women Making History" award from the National Women's History Museum (2014);

William P. Graves, a director since 2004, is President and CEO of the American Trucking Associations (ATA), the national trade and safety organization of the United States trucking industry. Mr. Graves recently completed 22 years of public service in the state of Kansas highlighted by two terms as Governor of Kansas. His service from 1995 until 2003 makes him the state's longest serving Republican Governor.

Larry Woodard

Larry Woodard

Larry Woodard, a director since 2013, is a highly regarded, award-winning advertising executive with over 26 years of agency experience.  He is President and CEO of Graham Stanley advertising, a firm he founded in 2010.  Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Vigilante Advertising, part of the Publicis, SA network of companies.  Mr. Woodard has twice been awarded the O’Toole Award for Advertising Agency of the Year, has won a Gold Effie and received one of the industry’s most prestigious awards, The Cannes Gold Lion for the Oprah Car Giveaway.

Born in Casablanca, Morocco, Mr. Woodard spent time growing up in Wurzburg, Germany and Martina Franca, Italy. He describes himself as a cultural anthropologist and an organic idea generator. He has a lifelong passion for world cultures and languages.

Mr. Woodard is frequently published in industry trade publications and has appeared on CNN, CNBC, ABC News and other networks discussing the advertising industry.  He has been a guest lecturer at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a member of the Sports Advisory Council of the School of Sport Management and the Board of Visitors of the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics for his alma mater Syracuse University.  Mr. Woodard co-authored: Inside the Minds: Advertising as a Branding Tool.

Mr. Woodard is the past recent Chair of the New York Council of The American Association of Advertising Agencies; a Director of Advertising Week in New York City; Chair of The Deacon Ministry of his church Shiloh Baptist in Eastchester, New York and has served on the Board of Governors of the Westchester Area YMCA’s.

Larry Aiello, a director since 2003, served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Corning Cable Systems, which is part of Corning, Inc. from 2002 until his retirement in 2008. Mr. Aiello joined Corning, Inc. in 1973.  He was named senior vice president and chief of staff-Corning Optical communications in 2000. close
Sonia Green

Sonia Maria Green

Sonia Maria Green, a director since 2013, is a nationally recognized leader in marketing and brand communications for over 20 years, with a specialty in multicultural/diversity marketing.  She is an acknowledged Latino corporate leader, and a trusted spokesperson on diversity and marketing issues for both Spanish and English language media outlets.

Having worked her way through college while employed at Avon Products, Inc., Ms. Green moved quickly through the marketing ranks in both the U.S. and the International divisions. Through her assignments in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Puerto Rico and Venezuela, Ms. Green garnered an in-depth knowledge of the nuances that exist within the Hispanic community.  As Director of Avon's first U.S. Hispanic Marketing Division, she successfully developed and introduced new products and marketing programs.

In 1997, Ms. Green was hired as Vice President of Operations at Beauty Group International where she assumed responsibility for the Yanbal brand throughout Latin America.  She was later promoted to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer for the company. 

In 2001, Ms. Green was selected by General Motors to serve as its Director of Diversity Marketing and Sales with responsibility for the Hispanic and Asian consumer segments. A new initiative for GM, Ms. Green was instrumental in developing the plans that generated market share increases in both consumer segments due in part to the creation of relevant and innovative marketing programs.

Most recently Ms. Green served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.  Ms. Green was instrumental in creating and executing the Broward Center's, Addy® award-winning 30th Anniversary Celebration campaign in 2011.

Ms. Green currently serves on the board of The Soup Kitchen of Boynton Beach and is a member of the 4Kids Business Development Council. In addition, she is a Big Sister to foster care kids affiliated with Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale. Previously, Ms. Green enjoyed board positions at: Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Ferbei-Management Trustee, Avon Products Foundation, Hispanic Institute for Research and Development, Mexican Cultural Institute of New York, and the National Hispanic Corporate Council.

Ms. Green received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College in New York City and completed a Marketing Management Program at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.

As one of Safeway’s top female executives for 15 years, Renda managed retail strategies and many administrative roles for one of the largest food and drug retailers in North America.  Her areas of influence included labor relations, public affairs, communications, government relations, health initiatives, human resources, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, philanthropy, industrial engineering, IT and real estate.  She also oversaw two of Safeway’s wholly owned subsidiary corporations including Safeway Health Inc., a business venture created to provide assistance to other companies in creating a culture of better health for their employees and Property Development Centers Inc., a shopping center development company.

Renda currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors, and Audit and Nominating Governance Committees of Casey’s General Stores, Inc., a public company.  Renda was a member of the Board of Directors for HSBC Finance Corporation and for HSBC North America Holdings Inc. from 2001 to 2013 and served on their Audit and Risk Committees.  She was also a member of the Board of Directors of Casa Ley, Safeway’s joint venture in Mexico.  She was voted one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Business” by Fortune magazine and was a board and Executive Committee member of the California Chamber of Commerce.  Renda is the founder of The Safeway Foundation, an organization that oversees the company’s charitable giving activities, and remained Chair until her departure from Safeway earlier this year.  Under her direction, Safeway contributed more than $200 million each year to a range of charitable initiatives including food banks, education, breast and prostate cancer awareness and research, and other organizations including Easter Seals, Special Olympics and MDA.
